Terms and Conditions

Welcome to dynamicteamsports.com (the "Site"), operated by Dynamic World LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Site, as well as any purchases you make of our custom sublimated sports apparel. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy (which describes how we handle your personal data). If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use our Site.

 

Throughout these Terms, "Dynamic World," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Dynamic World LLC. "You" or "customer" refers to any person or entity using the Site or purchasing products from it. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Dynamic World LLC. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Site and Account Registration

Eligibility: By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. You also agree that you are using the Site for legitimate and lawful purposes, and not for any fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

 

Account Creation: Some features of our Site (such as placing orders or viewing order history) may require you to create an account. If you register an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to promptly update such information if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please use a strong, unique password and do not share it with others. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately so we can help secure your account.

 

Prohibited Uses: You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Site in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

  • Is fraudulent, false, or misleading (e.g., placing orders with false information or under false pretenses).

  • Infringes on any intellectual property or other rights of any party.

  • Could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site (such as transmitting viruses or malicious code).

  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any server, account, data, or system related to the Site (e.g., hacking or password mining).

  • Uses any robot, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission.
    We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site if we suspect any unauthorized or illegal activity, without prior notice to you.

Third-Party Links: Our Site may contain links to websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by Dynamic World (for example, links to social media pages or reference guides). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or policies of any third-party websites. If you access third-party links, you do so at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

2. Product Information and Customization

Product Descriptions: We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible on our Site. This includes information about the product materials, sizing, and customization options. However, please note that slight variations may occur. For example, colors of apparel as displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product colors due to monitor settings or printing processes. We cannot guarantee that every computer or device will display colors or details exactly the same. If you have any questions about a product (such as sizing details or fabric information), please contact us before placing an order.

 

Customization Details: Our sports apparel products are custom-made according to the specifications you provide (such as team name, player names, numbers, colors, and sizes). It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of your order are correct before finalizing the purchase. Please double-check spellings, numbers, sizes, and any uploaded logos or graphics for accuracy. We are not responsible for errors in the finished product that are due to incorrect information provided by the customer (for example, if you accidentally spell a name wrong on your order, the product will be made as instructed and cannot be returned for that error).

 

Proofs and Mockups: In some cases, we may provide a digital proof or mockup of your custom design for approval before production. If we send you a proof, you must review it and confirm that everything is correct. Production will not begin until we receive your approval (if a proof is provided). Once you approve a design, it is locked for production, and further changes may not be possible. Please review any proofs carefully, as you assume responsibility for the approved design.

 

Rejection of Orders: We reserve the right to refuse any custom order if the content provided is inappropriate or violates any laws or rights. This includes, for example, any logos, text, or designs that we determine to be offensive, hate speech, pornographic, defamatory, or that potentially infringe on intellectual property rights of a third party. If we reject an order for such reasons, we will notify you and provide a refund for any payment received for that order. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that is an obvious mistake (e.g., due to a typographical error in pricing) or for which payment has not been properly processed.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an Order: When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Dynamic World. After you submit your order and payment, we will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging that we received your order. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or that a contract is formed. We formally accept your order, and a binding contract is formed, when we charge your payment method and begin processing your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for any reason, including if the product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, or if there was an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you the full amount paid.

 

Pricing and Currency: All prices on our Site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). These prices do not include applicable taxes (such as sales tax) or shipping charges, which will be added at checkout. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing on our Site; however, errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you about a pricing issue, or if you and we cannot agree on correct pricing, we will treat the order as canceled and issue a full refund if your payment was already processed.

 

Taxes: We collect sales tax where required by law. If your order is shipping to a state or jurisdiction where we are obligated to collect sales or use tax, the appropriate tax amount will be added to your order total and visible at checkout. Any duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees for orders shipped to Canada (or any jurisdiction outside the U.S.) are the responsibility of the customer (see Shipping below). It is your responsibility to comply with any local tax laws applicable to your purchase.

 

Payment Methods: We accept payment via our third-party payment processor, BlueSnap, which allows major credit cards and possibly other forms of payment (as shown at checkout). By submitting an order, you authorize BlueSnap to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping fees). All payments must be made at the time of order; we do not offer cash on delivery or credit terms.

 

Payment Processing: All online payments are securely processed through BlueSnap. We do not directly collect or store your credit card numbers on our servers – your payment details are handled by BlueSnap’s secure system. BlueSnap uses encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant to protect your financial information. Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order. If your payment cannot be processed (e.g., the card is declined or there is an issue with the transaction), your order will not be completed. In such cases, you may need to contact your bank or try a different payment method to proceed.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations: Because our products are custom-made, once production has started on your order, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you realize you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@dynamicteamsports.com. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to accommodate your request (note that changes may delay the delivery). However, if the order is already in production or completed, we may not be able to change or cancel it. We reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation for custom work already done. We also reserve the right to cancel your order if we encounter unforeseen difficulties (for example, an unexpected material shortage) – in such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Locations: Dynamic World LLC currently ships physical products only to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other international locations at this time. Orders with shipping addresses outside of USA or Canada will not be accepted.

 

Processing Time: All of our sports apparel is custom-made to order. Please allow time for production in addition to shipping transit time. While production times can vary, we will provide an estimated production time during the order process or in your order confirmation according to our standard production times. Peak seasons or large team orders may require additional time. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays in production.

 

Delivery Time: Once your order is produced and leaves our facility, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination:

  • Within the United States, standard shipping can vary depending on the carrier and destination. Expedited options, if offered, will arrive faster. Please note that any quoted delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs.

  • Shipping to Canada might take longer due to international transit and customs processing. The delivery timeframe can vary based on the shipping service and Canadian customs clearance. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be calculated and shown to you at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We may offer free or flat-rate shipping promotions from time to time, which will be explained on the Site if applicable. Any such offers are subject to the stated terms and may be changed or discontinued by us at any time.

 

Tracking: Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (if available for the chosen shipping method). You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the carrier’s website. If you have an account on our Site, you may also find tracking information in your order history.

 

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees (For Canadian Shipments): Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes (e.g., GST/HST), and brokerage fees, which are not included in our charges. These fees are typically determined by Canadian customs and the shipping carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend that you check with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or your local postal carrier for information about possible import fees. If you refuse to pay import fees and the package is returned to us, we may refund the product price minus any return shipping or fees incurred, but the original shipping cost may not be refundable.

 

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and correct. Include all relevant details such as apartment or suite numbers if applicable. We will ship to the exact address provided in your order confirmation. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an addressing error or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you for an updated address and additional shipping payment (if applicable) to resend it.

 

Risk of Loss: All products purchased from our Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title to the products and the risk of loss or damage passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. In practical terms, we will do what we can to assist customers if a shipment is lost or damaged in transit (for example, by filing a claim with the carrier), but we are not financially responsible for losses that occur after we have handed the package over to the shipping carrier. We package our goods carefully to minimize damage and use reputable carriers, but once shipped, the shipment is under the carrier’s control. We recommend that you promptly retrieve packages delivered to your address to avoid theft or exposure to weather.

 

Shipping Problems: If your package is significantly delayed or you encounter any delivery issues (e.g., tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, or the package arrives damaged), please notify us. While such issues are often outside our control, we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the situation. In the event of a lost package, carriers generally have a waiting period before a shipment is declared lost and a claim can be filed. We appreciate your patience during that process. For damaged items, please retain all packaging and take photographs of the damage, as this will help in the claims process.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All Sales Final on Custom Products: Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made sports apparel, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. This policy is standard in the custom apparel industry, as customized items are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold. Please make sure you carefully review your order details (sizes, designs, and personalization) before completing your purchase.

 

Defects or Order Errors: If you receive an item that has a clear manufacturing defect or if we made an error in the customization (for example, the product differs materially from your approved design or order specifications), please contact us promptly so we can make it right. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order. We may request you to send photos of the defect or error to help us evaluate the issue. If we determine that the product is defective or we made a mistake, we will, at our discretion:

  • Remake and replace the item at no additional cost to you, or

  • Provide a full or partial refund of the purchase price (including applicable shipping, if the whole order is being refunded), depending on the situation.

We will work with you to determine the appropriate solution. In the case of a replacement, we will cover the shipping cost for sending you a new item, and we will provide instructions for returning or disposing of the defective item (in some cases, we may not require a return of the defective product).

 

When Returns Are Not Accepted: We will not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Customer Errors: Mistakes on your part, such as ordering the wrong size, choosing incorrect colors, or providing misspelled names or incorrect numbers, are not covered by our error policy. We produce items based on the information you provide. (However, if you contact us quickly after ordering, we may attempt to correct an obvious mistake if production has not begun.)

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Damage or issues that arise from normal use of the product, or improper care (e.g., damage due to incorrect washing or drying, or excessive stretching beyond normal athletic use), are not considered manufacturing defects.

  • Minor Deviations: Small deviations or imperfections that do not affect the functionality or general appearance of the product (for example, slight color variations, or minor alignment differences in printing) may occur and are not usually considered defects. We strive for high quality, but the sublimation process and hand-finishing can result in minor, unavoidable variations.

  • After the Notification Period: If you do not report the issue within the specified timeframe (e.g., more than a few weeks after delivery), we may not be able to offer a remedy. It is important to inspect your items upon arrival and let us know promptly if there are any problems.

Return Process for Defects/Errors: To initiate a claim for a defective or incorrect product, please email us at info@dynamicteamsports.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Attach photographs of the product if possible, showing the defect or error. Our customer service team will review your claim and typically respond within a few business days. If your claim is approved, we will provide further instructions (which may include sending the item back to us or disposing of it). If a return of the defective item is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

 

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality custom sports apparel and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. While we cannot accept returns for custom items in general, we stand behind our products and will correct mistakes or defects that fall short of our quality standards.

6. Intellectual Property and User Content

Site Content: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, descriptions, product photos, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Dynamic World LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws (such as copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws). The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of Dynamic World LLC. Dynamic World, Dynamic Team Sport, and our logos, slogans, or trade names are trademarks/service marks of Dynamic World LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of the Site for shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Site content without express written permission from us, except as allowed by law (such as fair use). Any unauthorized use of the Site or its content terminates the permission or license granted by us.

 

User-Provided Content for Custom Orders: When you provide or upload content to us for the purpose of creating a custom product (for example, team logos, images, mascots, names, numbers, or any specific design elements), you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. However, you grant Dynamic World LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and print that content solely as needed to fulfill your order. This license will terminate once your order is completed and delivered, except that we may retain copies of your content as part of your order record or for internal archival purposes.

 

By submitting any content for customization, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use that content. This means:

  • The content (logos, images, text, etc.) is your own creation, or you have obtained permission from the owner to use it for this purpose.

  • Using the content for your order will not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any person or entity.

  • Any names, numbers, or personal information you include (for example, a player’s name) are used with consent, as appropriate.

We do not claim ownership of your team names, logos, or other custom elements you provide. We also do not resell or use your custom designs for any purpose other than producing your specific order, unless you have given us explicit permission (for instance, if we request to feature a particularly nice custom design on our social media or gallery with your approval).

 

Review of Content: Dynamic World reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review any content you submit. If we have reason to believe that the content may violate these Terms or any law (for example, it appears to be infringing, offensive, or inappropriate), we may refuse or cancel the order and notify you. However, we do not automatically review all user-submitted content, and we operate under the assumption that you have rights to all material you provide. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

 

Indemnification for User Content: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynamic World LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or relate to any third-party claim that the custom content you provided infringes someone else’s rights, or any other harm resulting from the content you provided. This means if a third party (for example, a professional sports team or a company) claims that our production of your custom order violated their intellectual property or other rights, you will be responsible for any costs or damages we incur as a result of that claim, to the extent that the issue was caused by content you provided.

 

Feedback and Suggestions: If you provide us with any ideas, suggestions, or feedback about our products or Site (for example, improvements or new feature ideas), you acknowledge that we may use and implement such feedback without compensation or obligation to you. You agree that any feedback you provide is non-confidential and non-proprietary. While you retain any rights to the content of your feedback, providing it grants us an unrestricted right to use it.

7. Disclaimers of Warranties

Product Quality: We are committed to producing high-quality custom sports apparel. That said, except for the explicit guarantees described in our Return/Refund Policy section (regarding defects or order errors), our products and services are provided "as is" and without any additional warranty. We do guarantee that the products will be delivered as described (in terms of the correct custom specifications you ordered and free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery), but we do not make further promises such as the product meeting all of your subjective expectations beyond what is described on our Site.

 

Site Availability and Information: Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site and all content, information, and services made available to you through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dynamic World LLC does not warrant that the operation of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on the Site (for example, product descriptions, pricing, or availability, which may occasionally contain errors or omissions).

 

Disclaimer of Warranties: To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Dynamic World LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Site and the products or services offered, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products will meet your individual expectations (for example, in terms of durability or color matching beyond industry standard), except as stated in our commitments above. We also make no warranty that the Site or emails sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components.

 

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you. In such cases, any implied warranties are limited to the shortest period permitted by law and our obligations for such warranties are limited to, at our option, repairing or replacing the products or re-performing the services that were found not to comply with the warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

Limited Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic World LLC and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase/use of any products, whether in an action of contract, negligence, strict liability, or other tort, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, for example, any damages for lost profits or revenues, business interruption, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services.

 

Cap on Liability: In all cases, our total aggregate liability (and that of our affiliates and personnel) to you for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Site or purchase of products, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Dynamic World LLC for the specific order or product that is the subject of the claim. For example, if you purchased a jersey from us and have a claim regarding that product, our liability is capped at the price you paid for that jersey.

 

Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under law. For instance, some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, or for a seller’s fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Also, certain state laws (such as New Jersey consumer protection laws) may not allow the disclaimer of certain damages in consumer contracts. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. These provisions survive the termination or expiration of your relationship with Dynamic World.

 

User’s Responsibility: You agree that you use the Site and purchase products at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for proper use of any products (e.g., following care instructions on apparel). Dynamic World shall not be liable for any damage resulting from misuse of the product (for example, using the product for purposes other than its intended use, or modifying it in a way that leads to harm).

 

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dynamic World LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your misuse of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms or any law or regulation, or (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (in which case you agree to cooperate with us in defending such matter).

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes/claims) arising out of or relating to the Site, your use of the Site, or any products or services sold or provided through the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles that would cause the laws of another jurisdiction to apply. If you are accessing the Site from a location outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

 

Jurisdiction and Venue: You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site (or products purchased on the Site) shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey. You consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by such courts and waive any objection that such courts are an inconvenient forum. (If you are a consumer residing in New Jersey, this choice of venue does not waive any protections you have under New Jersey law for resolving disputes in New Jersey courts.)



Time Limit on Claims: You agree that any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred. (This time limit may not apply to you in certain jurisdictions that do not allow such limits.)

10. Changes to Terms

Dynamic World LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, if appropriate, notify users by email or through a notice on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

 

By continuing to use the Site or by placing new orders after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Site and, if applicable, cancel any pending orders (subject to our cancellation policy above).

11. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with any other policies referenced herein or on our Site, such as our Privacy Policy and Return Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Dynamic World LLC regarding the use of our Site and the purchase of our products. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or communications between you and us, whether written or oral, regarding the same subject matter.

 

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or replaced in a manner that closely matches the intent of the original provision, to the extent allowed by law.

 

No Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Dynamic World LLC. Similarly, a failure by you to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

 

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law, or otherwise at our discretion.

 

Headings: Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

 

Force Majeure: Dynamic World LLC will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of the service (including fulfilling orders or operating the Site) to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemics, internet outages, supply shortages, strikes, fires, floods, or governmental restrictions.
