MINIMUM ORDER
10 pcs on initial order. This is per SKU / DESIGN. (Men's vs Women's styles are considered separate SKU's)
PRODUCTION TIMELINES
15 business days production time from artwork approval to shipping
Mach 5 is 5 business days production time from artwork approval to shipping, cannot be combined with other items.
Artwork must be done on the Creator+ Builder to qualify. If custom artwork, production time is 10 business days
Fast Turn (FT) is 10 business days production time from artwork approval to shipping, cannot be combined with other items
Lead times could vary by order volume and capacity and will be confirmed after artwork approval

Free Freight on orders over $150 (surcharges and services not included) to 1 destination

Our turn-around time varies based on the product and quantity. Generally, we aim to ship within 3 weeks from the approval of artwork. Need it sooner? Inquire about our rush services, and we'll explore options to meet your deadline.

Sublimation is exclusive to synthetic fabrics, primarily polyester. Certain polyester blends, like poly-spandex, can be printed. However, cotton is not suitable for sublimation. If you're interested in printing on organic materials such as cotton or silk, contact us for alternative solutions.
SHOPPING INFORMATION
The minimum order quantity for new orders is 10 pieces, while fill-in or re-orders require just 1 piece.
Since all orders are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues due to manufacturing defects, notify our support team at orders@dynamicteamsports.com within 48 hours. We stand by our workmanship and will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Shipping time varies from 2-4 days once the item(s) are shipped from our factories. Currently, we offer the ability to ship your order to a single location of your choosing in the USA or Canada. Orders are packed based on your orders instructions. Currently we are not offering shipping to individual player addresses. Contact us for more details on shipping and quotes.
